WASHINGTON – August 13th 2018 – The Global Research Business Network (GRBN) and the Insights Association are pleased to announce that we are deepening our co-operation on the ENGAGE MR coaching program.
CERTIFICATES FOR CHAMPIONS
Under this new program, individuals who are Insights Association members and successfully complete the coaching program will receive a GRBN/Insights Association co-branded ‘Participant Engagement Champion’ certificate of completion. Concurrently, if their employers are Insights Association company members, they will be issued a ‘Participant Engagement Corporate Champion’ certificate and will be able to use the certificate as well as the GRBN Participant Engagement seal in their marketing and communications for 12 months after successful completion of the ENGAGE MR coaching program.
HOW IT WORKS
Companies partnering with GRBN on the ENGAGE MR coaching program nominate one or two employees to participate in the coaching as Participant Engagement Champions. The coaching consists of a series of live group and individual coaching sessions (between five and eight hours depending on the partnership level chosen), which coach the participants on creating great research participant user experiences which drive increased participant engagement, and implementing their own change program. Successful completion of the program requires that the participating Champions set measurable objectives for increased participant engagement and put in place an action plan aimed at achieving those objectives. In order to maintain their corporate certificate, companies need to demonstrate that they have successfully implemented their plan and updated it for the subsequent 12 months.
PRC CREDITS AWARDED TO ENGAGE MR PARTICIPANTS
Insights Association members who are Professional Researcher Certification (PRC) qualified receive PRC credits for participation in the ENGAGE MR program. Participation at the silver level generates five PRC credits, while participation at the gold level generates eight credits.
