We are thrilled to announce that our handbook, ENGAGE, will be the issued on the 16th October in the same week that the Insights Association’s Corporate Researcher Conference will take place in Chicago.   ENGAGE is a call-to-action for the whole research sector. Our objective in launching the handbook is simple:
To improve the research participant user experience
Too often today, people get a poor user experience when participating in research. Not only is this negatively impacting our industry’s ability to collect data, but it is negatively impacting the companies and brands for whom the research is being conducted. ENGAGE contains 101 tips from industry experts on how to improve the user experience and increase participant engagement across a variety of research methodologies. ENGAGE is the fruit of the hard work of experts from the companies, which are participating in the GRBN Participant Engagement Initiative, and we are extremely proud to have such a great group of experts contributing to this initiative.
enabling meaningful change
ENGAGE has been designed as a thought-provoking, practical and easy to use tool, which will enable meaningful change to take place among clients, agencies, data collectors and technology providers alike. Over the coming months, we will be engaging research business and Insights leaders across the globe and encouraging them to take the handbook into active use in their companies. To complement the use of the handbook, we will be encouraging all companies involved in the research process to collect and employ research participant user experience metrics in order to quantify progress and demonstrate to the world that not only do we care about the research participants as people, but we also care about the impact we are having on the brand equity of the companies commissioning research.
put your skin in the game
We will all benefit from a sustainable ecosystem, in which a broader, and more willing, range of people participate on research for years to come, so we encourage you to get in touch and get involved if you are not already on-board.
