Last we had the honour of getting on stage at the INSIGHTS LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE in Palm Beach, Florida, and presenting, together with our partners, some of the key findings from our recently conducted research-on-research. You can download our presentation here.

In the presentation, the team explored how brands can improve their relationship with their constituents and preserve the integrity of research through creating better user experiences for research participants.

We wrapped up the session by giving attendees six actions they can take in order to improve the experience they give participants and at the same time build end-client brand equity:

    1. Become a partner on the Participant Engagement Initiative
    2. Designate a participant engagement champion in their organization
    3. Use the ENGAGE handbook (out on the 16th October) and deploy UX metrics to deploy a participant-centric design process
    4. Treat research as a touch-point
    5. Use data shares on their next projects
    6. Use a video thank you on their next project
